What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all inbound flights using FAA data. If your flight is delayed, your reservation time automatically shifts. Your driver will be there when you actually land, not when you were supposed to land.
Where is the pickup point at Harry Reid Terminal 1 & 3?
For Terminal 1, we pick up on Level 0 (Limo Parking). For Terminal 3, we pick up at the Domestic or International curb depending on your flight. Your chauffeur will text you the exact pillar number upon arrival.
Do you service Private FBOs (Atlantic/Signature)?
Yes. We specialize in private aviation logistics. We service Atlantic Aviation, Signature Flight Support, and Henderson Executive (HND). We track tail numbers to ensure tarmac readiness.
Is gratuity included in the quote?
Gratuity is not automatically included in the base fare displayed. It is suggested and highly appreciated by our chauffeurs for excellent service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time are non-refundable. For larger events or fleet buyouts, we require 45 days notice.
Can I change my pickup time?
Absolutely. Contact our 24/7 dispatch or Concierge team. As long as you provide 2 hours notice, we can usually adjust without penalty.
